Shelter Kitten – Sienna
Things happen to animals that make kinder people wonder what the perpetrators were thinking? Or whether they have a heart? The people who delivered Sienna, an eight-week-old kitten with a vibrant color and personality, to the shelter said that someone had dropped Sienna and her brother, Shaggy, on a driveway, taped in a box.
That happened in record-breaking heat. If someone hadn’t opened the package quickly, the kittens would have panted and gasped until they died. Maybe the people who left them didn’t think of that. That’s better than assuming that they didn’t care.
However, Sienna doesn’t realize that humans betrayed her. The exquisite tiny calico is still affectionate, still ready to play. Now Sienna needs someone who’ll reward her unwavering trust with a home.
