Eight-week-old Bill may have an ordinary name, but that’s the only ordinary aspect of this long-haired bundle of tabby fluff. Everything about Bill is elegant. He wears a white ascot under his chin, white mittens on his front paws, and white boots on the back. He’s also, amazing for his age, perfectly groomed.

This baby is ready for the finest environment, and the best party. Bill would decorate any room. He’d be the best piece of art in any collection. Of course, that isn’t what Bill wants. It’s nice to be admired, but Bill would rather be loved.

So, the place that Bill wants to decorate is a lap. Bill doesn’t mind if someone admires him if they remember to pet him, too.
