Shelter Dog – Tilly
Tilly, with her silk-like ears that reach below her chin and huge, soulful eyes, looks like a lost princess. She behaves like one, too. Before she came to the shelter, Tilly had been wandering, looking for the people who’d left her to survive on her own. In the shelter, Tilly demonstrated that she wasn’t a street dog.
The pretty, poised, well-mannered, 18-month-old pup’s behavior proved that she was a house dog. Tilly also showed other traits of excellently socialized dogs. This pup loves both people and other dogs. And, despite living in a kennel, Tilly keeps her space and her cutely speckled, sleek-coated self very tidy and clean.
Tilly’s ready to resume a life that she understands, a life where she’s allowed to love someone.
